Low car quality: the passenger automatic sliding door only functioning manually, the rear wiper broken.
Pick up location punctual.
Drop off time has to be precise otherwise if you are dropping the car earlier without prior notice, you’ll be in trouble and they cannot accommodate you.

The car was a bit older, cosmetically, but functioned mechanically great. Drop off and return was easy and right at the airport. Host communicated well and promptly and even were gracious enough to accommodate an early departure change.
