We had a very bad experience, we rented the van for 8 days. Since I started the vehicle the check engine was on but I did not give it importance. However on the seventh day we decided to go to Whistler (about 2 hours from Vancouver) we arrived without any problem, however at night when we wanted to leave Whistler the van showed an error "service transmission" in the cluster (clearly due to lack of maintenance) and the gears did not enter, so the van simply could not move.
I contacted the owner of the vehicle and her only solution was to leave the car there, leaving my family and I adrift in a place where we had no accommodations.
I would definitely not rent this van.
