If you walk up for 10 secs, you will see the car parked on the left hand side. Our parking lot is conveniently located at the back of Ehabs Auto, just 8 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from Downtown. Delivery Options: We offer pick-up and delivery within 15 km. For one-way deliveries beyond 15 km, you can still book the car and we’ll discuss the distance and delivery fee accordingly. Airport Delivery is available — please note that airport parking charges will apply. Parking Services: You’re welcome to safely leave your car at our parking lot for a minimal charge. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact us at 613-618-3157.

The van was in decent condition overall, but there were some serious issues. The passenger door handle was very loose and difficult to open. I noticed other renters had already mentioned this, yet it still hadn’t been fixed.
We rented the van for 7 days. On day 3, some of our family members sitting in the back row noticed that the van shook significantly when driving on the freeway. We initially thought it might be due to the age of the vehicle or an alignment issue. Unfortunately, on day 5, the back tire blew out while we were driving on the freeway—at midnight—with seniors and kids in the van.
I contacted the host and asked him to help coordinate roadside assistance, since I needed to focus on getting my family home safely. I sent him the location and photos of where we left the van. When I followed up the next morning, he had no idea where the van was or what had happened, which was very frustrating and showed a serious lack of communication.
Because of this incident, our trip was cut short—we had no transportation for the final two days. It was clear to us that the tires had not been properly inspected before the rental, which created a dangerous and traumatic experience for our family. I'm still working with the host, Turo, and my credit card company to get this resolved.

The host was super friendly, punctual, and responsive, which made the pickup and drop-off process smooth and stress-free. Gas mileage was great, and everything worked perfectly.
