Car worked well. Great on gas and lots of space. Was perfect for our cottage trip. Price was great too and hosts have great communication. Would rent again.

Great communication from Sam. The van was spacious and very comfortable. A few spots of rust on the body but still a great rental. :)

I was disappointed with the A/C of the van not blowing air to the people at the back despite being told by the owner that the AC works fine. We even went to a mechanic and they told us that the AC has defects. We addressed the concerns but the owner just ignored us. Anyways don’t rent this Van during summer.

The van's A/C was functioning before your trip, and since your rental, we've had multiple guests complete trips in the same vehicle, all without reporting any A/C issues.
We take all guest concerns seriously and would never intentionally ignore a legitimate issue. If there had been a confirmed mechanical failure, we would have addressed it immediately for the safety and comfort of future guests.
