Car had deep smoke smell. Not something which goes away by running the AC or keeping the windows open. For anyone planning to take the car with young kids, I would not recommend booking this car until this issue is fixed. Other issues like car not being lock, AC in the rear have workaround….

Great service and excellent condition

The van was comfortable, drove well, and matched the listing description. The host was also easy to communicate with. The only downside was that the van had a noticeable tobacco smoke smell inside, which affected the experience a bit. Other than that, everything went smoothly and I enjoyed the rental

Super responsive! Very understanding owner I kept extending trip last minute due to my car being kept by mechanic and owner was very accommodating
