Good car. Ling was very available and prompt when it came to replying to my inquiries. Our first time ever using the app, she was very helpful and polite.

The guest was very responsive and helpful with my concerns.
I was not familiar with Canada’s parking lot so it was very difficult to find the vehicle.
Also the vehicle was not clean, no clutter but the whole vehicle needs a proper cleaning.
The other issue is there was definitely an issue underneath the vehicle. Loud clunking when going over bumps.
The vehicle drove good on smooth roads otherwise.
