The host was very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the pickup was delayed by over 30 minutes compared to our scheduled time, which meant the car wasn’t cleaned before we took it since we were already in a rush. Additionally, the phone charging outlets didn’t work and the phone holder for navigation kept falling off during the trip. There is no navigation on the screen and connecting to the bluetooth was a lengthy process.
