Terrible experience with YB6 we went to pick up the car no one communicated or provide locker code for key, very disappointed with service.

Thank you for the feedback. For context, the guest arrived approximately 2 hours before the scheduled trip start time, before the vehicle and self-check-in instructions were due to be ready. The lockbox code and pickup details are normally provided closer to the official start time for security reasons. We understand the frustration, but we were not expecting the guest that early and the vehicle was still being prepared. We always aim to have everything ready by the scheduled trip start time.
Highly recommend YB6 for your future trips very communicative team.
