Le véhicule était mécaniquement en excellent état. Toutefois, l’intérieur était sale lors de la prise en charge.
Au moment de la prise en charge, je n’ai pas reçu le code de la boîte de sécurité dans les délais prévus. Lorsque je l’ai finalement reçu, le code n’était pas le bon et ne correspondait pas à la bonne boîte. J’ai tenté de joindre l’hôtesse à plusieurs reprises, mais les appels aboutissaient à la boîte vocale.
J’ai finalement pu prendre possession du véhicule vers 9 h 10, alors que la réservation était prévue pour 8 h 30.

La réservation ayant été confirmée à la dernière minute, nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu effectuer le nettoyage complet avant la prise en charge, et la transmission du code a également pris plus de temps que prévu.
Nous sommes désolés pour ces désagréments et prenons note pour améliorer notre organisation.
