The car was good, you get what is offered. It's comfortable and works well; pick-up and return were easy and the host is responsive. The only issue is that the AC does not work in the rear, which is not ideal for summer days if you have people in the back.

I would like to clarify that this specific 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan was not manufactured with a rear air conditioning system. As a result, the concern mentioned in the review relates to a feature the vehicle does not have, rather than a malfunction. The vehicle was provided exactly as equipped and all available AC functions operated normally.
