Excellente expérience du début à la fin! L’hôte est très sympathique, courtois et répond rapidement aux messages. La prise en charge et le retour du véhicule se sont faits de façon simple et efficace. La Dodge Caravan était très propre, confortable et roulait parfaitement.
Pour moi, le service a même été meilleur que chez Enterprise (plus personnalisé, plus simple et, en plus, moins cher!). Je n’hésiterais pas à louer de nouveau avec cet hôte. Je recommande sans hésitation !
