Try to not book this vehicle, not a very bad vehicle but at the end of the day it’s 2013!
I had this car for two weeks, and from the beginning, I noticed that it wouldn’t lock properly. This made me uncomfortable using the car in public because I was worried it could be stolen.
Then, in the middle of my trip, the car suddenly lost all of its oil and became undrivable. I contacted roadside assistance to have the vehicle towed and returned, but the host rejected my request and said he would come himself. However, instead of coming right away, he made me wait for three hours because he wanted to wait until the roads were clear so he wouldn’t get stuck in traffic.
The host then promised that he would fix the car and reimburse me for two days because I had lost reservations and my travel plans had been completely disrupted. However, after I returned the car, he refunded me for only one day and said that he had never promised to reimburse me for two days.
Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating. The car had a safety/security issue from the beginning, it became undrivable during my trip, and the host’s response caused me to lose reservations and significantly disrupted my plans. On top of that, the reimbursement I was promised was not honored.

Par contre les essuis-glaces devraient être remplacés.

Le voyage s'est bien passé dans l'ensemble. La voiture était propre et agréable à conduire, malgré un léger bug avec la radio. Il y a cependant eu un malentendu concernant l'option du plein d'essence prépayé, mais la situation s'est rapidement réglée après avoir clarifié les règles de Turo, mais cela jette un petit froid sur l'expérience.
