Pick up and drop off were fantastic and very easy to coordinate. There's a vehicle itself is from 2011 but a workhorse and ran well with no issues. The only issue, and that is because of the extreme cold, the sliding doors in the caravan can be frozen and won't to open until warmed up a bit.
I would happily get a car from them again next time I'm up here!!
