The pick up of the vehicle was smooth and easy! Mirshad was able to accomodate my early pick up this was nice. The only inconvenience was the low tire indicator came on as I was driving. Which made my ride uneasy as I carried a tire inflator to inflate it and periodically check the tire to ensure it maintained the tire pressure. The host, Mirshad, did respond when I told him which good. Other than that the vehicle was good and drove well. Thanks

Car pickup process was very easy via lockbox at the pickup location. Car came equipped with a phone charger, phone holder, and Bluetooth radio which were all appreciated.
Unfortunately the vehicle experienced a battery issue on our return trip which resulted in the car needing to be towed and requiring us to secure a different vehicle. Although this cost was covered by Turo, we had to deal with the inconvenience of picking up the new vehicle causing a delay of our return by several hours.

The Host is nice and helpful but the car wasn’t.
It does not have the Back-camera for Reverse which I found hardly to control a Minivan, also one of the front wiper was broken which costed me a lot of troubles to drive under the super heavy rainy day.

There is no backup camera which is already mentioned in description.
Wipers which might have happened on run, I will look in to it.
The owner of this car is a very nice person and very cooperative. Als the drive of this car is amazing it gave us no problems at all.
