Ali’s communication is top-tier. We arranged to pick up the van at Toronto Pearson Airport, but our flight tickets weren’t confirmed at first. Ali made all the necessary adjustments so we could still get the minivan on time.
The vehicle was clean, with only minor cosmetic damage on the exterior, nothing noticeable or that affected the driving experience.
Just a heads-up if you’re renting this van for long drives: I use my mobile phone for GPS and needed to connect it to a power source. This van doesn’t have a USB port, only 12V connectors, so that was a bit challenging.
The A/C works great, both cold and hot, unlike what another review mentioned. There’s plenty of space, and most importantly, Ali responds extremely quickly.
My original booking was for another van from the same host, but it got into an accident 24 hours before my trip. Ali immediately reached out, found me a similar minivan, and gave me a heads up.
