Very disappointing experience. The owners failed to respect the agreed times at both check-in and check-out.
At check-in, they arrived 45 minutes late, leaving us waiting despite the scheduled handover time. At check-out, the situation was even worse: despite confirming the return arrangements several times, they simply did not show up.
When you rent a car through Turo, both parties are expected to respect the agreed terms, especially something as basic as being present at the scheduled time. In this case, the owners clearly failed to do so on both occasions.
Unreliable, unprofessional, and a complete lack of respect for the customer’s time. I would not rent from them again.

I sincerely hope you choose not to book with us again. In our 1.5 years on Turo, this has been our worst customer experience. We are very flexible with pickup and drop-off times. The car was dropped off late because we took extra time to ensure it was thoroughly cleaned, and we also gave you an extra 30 minutes for pickup so you received the full 24 hours. Your use of profanity and insults was completely inappropriate and unacceptable.
Great rental experience! The car was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. Everything went smoothly from pickup to drop-off, making the experience completely stress-free. I would definitely rent again and highly recommend to anyone using Turo.
