The vehicle is a minivan that can seat 7 people, but it was just my child and me. The trunk space in the back was very generous, and it was easy to drive. The roads in Canada are wide, so a big car is really convenient. The fuel economy was around 8.5~9.5L/100km, which is exceptionally good considering the large size of the car.
Whenever I contacted the owner, Peter, he was always kind and helpful. At one point, I needed to inflate the tires, and he even found a YouTube video to show me how to do it. Not only that, but whenever I asked about nearby travel information, he was always happy to help. Thank you so much!

Peter was fantastic throughout the entire rental experience. He was friendly, professional, and very responsive, making everything smooth and easy from start to finish.
The vehicle was excellent, extremely clean, comfortable, and in perfect condition. It drove very well and exceeded my expectations. You can tell Peter really takes care of his car and values his guests.
I would definitely rent from him again and highly recommend both Peter and his vehicle to anyone looking for a great experience.

He checked the car in front of us for 45 minutes, when the car should have been ready when we arrived to pick it up. He asked many personal questions, even about where we were staying.

It was a standard Check In procedure which was 15 min max.(vs. 45 min) of the vehicle picture taking and explanation/elaboration on Incident Report and Check Out procedure. It took extra time 'cause of a U.S. Driver's License and her Very Poor English Proficiency.
I usually offer a Complimentary/Free Ride home if not too far away. That's why I asked where they were staying.
She took it for granted for Late Pick up n Return by 2 hours (Was NOT Charged),
