Extremely disappointing experience. This guest booked a non-refundable trip to take advantage of a lower rate, but never showed up to pick up the car. Despite choosing the non-refundable option, they continuously demanded a full refund. Please review the booking policies before making a reservation, and respect the host's time and rules rather than leaving unfair feedback due to your own mistake. Thanks.
Tan was awesome and prompt with any questions I had. Vehicle was clean and fueled up at pick up time. The Vehicle drove perfect with no mechanical issues. Made our trip that much more enjoyable with all the extra space. Not a minivan type of person but I can see the utility.
