L’hôte était parfait et très arrangeant le véhicule parfait cependant l’application reste flou sur certaines conditions qui nous ont occasionné des surcoût regrettable.

Rented a Kia Carnival through Turo and overall the experience was good. The car was spacious and comfortable, perfect for family travel, and it drove smoothly.
However, there was an unpleasant smell inside the car when we picked it up, which affected the experience a bit. It would be great if the vehicle could be cleaned and refreshed better before the next rental.
The host was responsive and pickup/drop-off was easy. With some improvement in cleanliness, this would be an excellent rental.
