Host was very nice over messages. Car was fine, but it did show a check engine light. When you’re busy on a trip, that’s stressful, and it suggests the car did not get a recent check-up before being rented out. The rental location was easy to get to, but because it was street parking, it was also a hassle. They left this big minivan squeezed between two cars (maybe one showed up later, so not necessarily their fault, but still hard to get out). The A/C and radio worked very well, and the seats were comfortable. Just keep in mind that it is and older minivan, so it’s a bit sluggish, loud, and it consumes a lot of gas.
