Too loud to be driven for a long period of time
Jaqueline •
Thank you for your review, Jaqueline! I appreciate you renting the 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan. Regarding the noise level you mentioned during long drives, I want to reassure you that the vehicle is equipped with a V6 or 3.6 Litre engine, so it naturally has a more noticeable engine sound. What you heard is the completely normal operating sound for this specific van. It was a pleasure hosting you, and I would be happy to host you again anytime!

Salman was also quick to respond and made the entire rental process smooth and easy. I would definitely rent from Salman again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable vehicle in Nova Scotia!

The van was clean and nice. The pick up and drop off were a bit difficult and required prolonged contact with Turo customer service to resolve.

Laura was a great guest to host. Pickup was delivered to the requested location on one of Halifax’s busiest roads which fall between university and a hospital area, where parking is extremely limited. The vehicle location and instructions were shared clearly, and there were no issues reported at pickup. We also gladly accommodated the requested airport-hotel return. The difficulty changing the return location was due to Turo’s system requiring customer support. We’d be happy to host you again.
Everything was great with the car and Salman was very accommodating!
