Excellent vehicle and a great experience overall! The car drove smoothly and comfortably throughout the trip, handled both city and highway driving very well, and had no issues with acceleration or braking. The tires had good grip, the vehicle felt stable and safe, and everything functioned as expected. Clean, reliable, spacious, and comfortable — definitely a vehicle I would happily rent again and recommend to others.

Car received in poor condition. Back door remains open when trying to close the car. Tires are old and have no grip. Back Right tire makes a noise every time you turn. And the biggest issue was that’s the breaks on the front tires were blowing smoke after 2 hours of using it. The cars rpms goes up trying to gain speed and strength but wouldn’t go over 100km. It loses power while going up hill. I really regret renting this car because I didn’t feel safe driving it with my family

I’m surprised by these claims, as none of these alleged issues were reported to me during the trip. Claims of smoking brakes, unsafe tires, loss of power, difficulty exceeding 100 km/h, and a faulty door are serious safety concerns. If you genuinely experienced these issues and felt your family was unsafe, why did you continue using the vehicle without contacting me or Turo? I was given no opportunity to inspect or address any of these concerns during your rental. I therefore cannot accept this.
Car is older and had many small issues. Owner did not list existing known defects before rental (windshield chip, electrical issue with door lock)

I respectfully disagree with this review. The vehicle performed as expected throughout the trip, and the concerns raised did not affect its safe operation. While mechanical components can occasionally develop issues without warning, they cannot always be predicted in advance. Any pre-existing cosmetic marks, such as a windshield chip, are identified through the required pre-trip inspection completed at pickup.
