We had a great experience. Fast and easy booking and communication. Van worked great. Excellent on fuel. Met all of our needs. Will definitely be renting this again!!

Car was clean and worked great. Zero issues. Pick up and drop off were honestly way better than having to wait in lines at the traditional airport car rentals.

I’ll start by stating the hosts were very responsive and pleasant during the trip, the van ran fine, and easy to locate with simple instructions, however my resos were booked and CANCELED TWICE during this reservation. I booked a Volvo and my reso was cancelled because the car wasn’t available. They gave me a Tesla. They ended up cancelling that reso while I was on my flight to pick it up and giving me a huge Sienna family van stating it was the last car they had and something was wrong with the Tesla. So I ended up paying almost $600 for this bus I didn’t choose which was overpriced in my opinion, but I was left with no options as I was out of the country renting what I was told was the last car they had. Got a scape on side this jumbo van coming out of the parking garage and now waiting for the Turo insurance to settle the matter. Overall the bus drove nicely just not what I desired to rent for 3 days.
