Good service and friendly, however Lost 1 day while the van had to go into the garage to have new brakes all-round which where totally worn !

Car quality was great, drove like a dream. The automatic doors had issues with closing properly due to ice buildup though (below freezing temps. Had to warm vehicle up before the trip so that sliding doors would shut properly.
Also unsure if it should have come with a full tank of gas but it was only 5/8 full which made re-fuelling upon return more difficult as the vehicle only takes 91 octane and we didn’t want to over pay.
Driver was also late and the car was dropped off in the wrong location even though a better spot was shared before hand.
To be fair, there was a snowstorm morning of drop off but, compounded with other things, it was not ideal. Normally any one of these would not be a big issue but with the wrong drop off location, late arrival, and needing to de-ice side doors before travel, we had a late start which caused our whole first day to be behind. Not great, considering this trip to banff was for my wife’s birthday and we had 3 reservations to meet :(
Maybe just a series of unfortunate events tho.

Once again I’m really sorry for the 5 mins late delivery which due to bad winter weather and the vehicle was deliver to the address which was provided on the app. Because of the bad weather it’s difficult to locate the new location which you gave.
I’m sorry again for any inconvenience.
