Car quality was immaculate, Pickup and drop off was super easy! Sanch was able to accommodate for an earlier pickup time! We ran into some problems on the way back from our trip and Sanch was very understanding which allowed us to return the car slightly later than expected. Would definitely recommend!

The car was in excellent condition - with extremely comfortable seats, great A/C, music, and navigation systems, and with more than enough room for our family of 6 + 4 suitcases + several extra backpacks and bags, which we drove with across Alberta and BC for 2 weeks. The car was a pleasure to drive.
Our host was extremely helpful and responsive, giving us clear directions and photos to find the car at the airport parking when we arrived. When we left, he met us at 4 am (!) right at the departures gate of the airport to pick up the car from us as we left, making the process super smooth and convenient for us.
