Terrible car, not well maintained, the owner does not take care of the car, we rented a car, went on a long trip and it turned out that the tires on the tires were very worn out, worn down to the metal! There was a strong beating of the steering wheel because of the wheels! The owner did not want to solve this problem, thereby endangering the family and children! He deceived me and did not return the money that I spent to return 1300 km
This is all lie as he could not prove. There was one tire damage which he could prove but he went without my permission and changed it and then show me properly. I asked him to call Turo for support. He didn’t even call. I found a shop to repair it near his location. He didn’t respond. I think he went ahead and change the tires which he had and made up stories. No proof of purchase, no proof of installation, only one tire proof. He is a scammer
