Jinesh was a wonderful and thoughtful host. Car was clean and ready for our trip, well maintained and well appointed. He even provided DVDs for us. His communication was top notch. Thank you!!

Pick up was easy, Jenish was very communicative and accommodating, very easy to work with!
The vans interior was fine but the exterior has many dents and scratches and the windshield was cracked. The tires were pretty bald so hopefully are changed soon!

The windshield crack is unfortunately quite common in Alberta due to road debris, but I understand your concern. Regarding the tires, I had already scheduled their replacement, and they were replaced immediately after your trip because the Costco appointment was only available after your booking.
I appreciate your comments, as they help me keep the van in the best possible condition for future guests.
