PROS: the van was clean and the host was a great communicator. It was available exactly as needed and when I had to extend my drop off time, the host made the process seamless and was very understanding. The seats were comfortable and the movie player was nice to have for the baby. The fuel mileage was quite good and since I went way further than the alotted KM's, I was pleasantly happy with how great it was on fuel.
CONS: No Bluetooth! With the distracted driving laws in effect, it needs to be clear that the van can be handsfree using UConnect which requires connection through AUX. Since most newer devices do not have an AUX port, you must purchase an adapter. As noted by other users, the shaking is extreme at 110 and made sitting in the back feel horrible. The steering was tight, not sure why but it would jerk everytime you change lanes. Not enough to lose control, but it would have been nice to be made aware of this. If you drive an older vehicle, you may not notice this. The cruise control is starting to die. It worked only sometimes and you had to park, turn off the vehicle and open all the doors to get the cruise to start working upon the next start up. When I informed the host, he promised to get it looked at. The headrest in the far back was broken already. All these CONS should have been disclosed in the initial ad so that I could make a well informed decision when booking the rental. The cost should also reflect these thing. The cost was the lowest, but the inconveniences were not worth paying only $20 less for the 3 day rental since I wasn't made aware before hand. The CONS were inconvenient, these did not affect the efficacy of renting a vehicle, but the ad needs to reflect the reality of what your renting.

Reliable and really good on gas.

The van was good it brought us to all the destinations we needed to go to. Can’t go over 110km , the van would start shaking. Great on gas, very economical. Tire pressure light kept coming on but then off. We stopped at a gas station to check the tire pressure but all were in range so possible it could’ve been a sensor issue.

Very clean and reliable car

Host was amazing, vehicle was clean and everything was in great working order. There was a previous review about the van vibrating at fast speeds so we asked about that and the host promptly sent us photos of the receipt from the mechanic to show it was looked at. Everything ran smooth during our trip and the host even called us the first day to ask how everything was working to make sure the repairs that were done to the vehicle were holding up well. Overall great experience and amazing thorough hosts!
