Good,
* Car is mechanically sound and very confident on the road
* Host responded to phone calls
Not so good
* Car was not fueled up, as per instructions, 30 mins delay
* Car was not cleaned, I dealt with allergies for 3 hours on the road, upon return, lots of dog hair.
* Host did not meet in person

The fuel level was a touch under 3/4 full which is typically sufficient for guests.
The pet hair in the vehicle was between the folds of a folding bench that could not be seen by the cleaner, my apologies.
The person that gave you the keys (my father) is a host as well.
On the contrary, you DEMANDED my 60 year old father to take out a 55 pound bench seat by himself whilst telling you he has a bad back because you felt entitled that we must provide you this service.
Merci encore
