Not recommended use a rental agency. Unfortunately, the vans check engine light came on the second day. I contacted the host and they said it was emissions related. Two days later the engine light was flashing and the van was barely able to get me back to Moncton. I contacted the host and they were not available and did not have a replacement vehicle. I contacted Turo and I had to get the vehicle towed which took 4hrs of waiting. Turo made me take a picture of the car being towed before I could cancel the trip rent another one. I wouldn’t have used them again but all cars were rented from the normal rental car places. Since we had a party of 7 and no other vans available we had to rent two cars. This costs us an extra $1000! I’m trying to get a refund but Turo the company is inefficient and say the processing time is 2-3weeks. They gave me an uber voucher that didn’t work in Moncton because there is no Uber and it expired after 1 day. I wouldn’t recommend abbeygate or Turo moving forward. We lost 1 whole day of vacation plus added expenses.

Van is Amazing. Very spacious. Great for long driving. and the host is very accommodating. Drop us off at the Airport.

We were very happy with everything. Location is great, close to airport and highway, pick up was easy, and the vehicle in excellent condition.

Car was as described. Our host delivered the car on time and was very polite. He helped us unload our suitcases at the airport upon returning the car. I will definitely rent from Abbeygrate again! Thank you for great service!
