Car quality was great! The car was very clean at pickup. The pickup and drop off were easy. Nilesh was very responsive and patient. All around great experience! Highly recommend him.

Niles was helpful, informative and very accommodating. He made sure we had what we needed and provided excellent instructions. I would recommend him highly to anyone looking to rent a car with him.

Nilesh was very helpful! He met me at the airport and gave me the run down. This was my first time using Turo. The van worked well overall and has a little over 200k km on it. I liked how easy it was to book and communicate. I also liked being able to specifically choose the car I used.

Very bad experience taking this car. The owner knew there was a problem with brakes and still gave the car to us. The car was drifting towards right when we were applying brakes on high speed on the highway. We asked for a partial refund, however the owner has now stopped responding.
WOULD HIGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO RENT THIS CAR.

Hi Sameer. Safety is my priority; this car passed its annual inspection a month prior and has a long history of 5-star reviews. When you had concerns, I offered to drive 1.5 hours for a swap, but you requested a 12-hour trip from me and kept driving instead. An ASE mechanic later confirmed the brakes are perfectly safe. It’s disappointing to see inaccurate cleanliness claims after a refund wasn’t possible.
