The Toyota Sienna was clean, comfortable, spacious, and perfect for our family trip around Vancouver. Communication with UGT Hosting was excellent, and they were very responsive, helpful, and flexible when our travel plans changed several times.
Pickup and return instructions were clear, and they made the whole process very easy for us. I really appreciate their understanding and great service.
