Vehicle is well maintained and cleaned. The only thing I would add for those not familiar with Toronto is the roof rack is too high for most underground parking in the area. I was not aware of this which caused a lot of inconvenience for me. The host is very courteous. He helped load the van when we arrived and brought us carts when we departed at the airport. He was new to airport hand off and so was I. However, we figured it out and it all worked in the end.
