The Chrysler Town & Country 2014 was exactly as described - very clean, well-maintained, and ready for pickup. 🚗✨ The instructions Justin provided were clear and detailed, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. 📝😌 I put around 2,700 km on the vehicle with no major issues at all. 🛣️👍
What really stood out was how responsive and helpful Justin was throughout the trip. 🌟🤝 He replied quickly to every message, and I always felt comfortable keeping him updated. 💬😊 Justin also accepted my additional requests as a guest when asked. 🙏✅

We had a trip with family to a wedding a few hours away. The vehicle we were issued had engine trouble and was overheating an hour into the trip. We made the host aware of it right away .. but we just needed to get to our event. The vehicle became increasingly worse and we had to not attend the next day goodbye brunch just to possibly get the family as close to home as possible. The van finally never came out of the red zone with a definite engine issue and we were forced to abandon the vehicle. There was a constant updating from myself to the host who stopped communicating with me during the afternoon. At great cost to us in Ubering to a ferry, costs of changing vehicle reservations on the ferry, along with the stress of taking literally hours to limp a mechanically deficient van anywhere... we parked it safely and considerately at a friend's gated home for retrieval... and didn't hear from the host again. We were given the contact info for another individual who would attempt to get us a vehicle to pick up. We walked on to the ferry with all of our suitcases and bags and the wedding decor I helped with is still on the island causing me to have to go back and retrieve. This was our first trip with Turo. I have forwarded all text communication and a photo of the van on the side of the road but with the host not t anytime taking responsibility for the issues formally... simply saying sorry..... he can hide behind the policies that protect him. We have had this experience with no support from the host or the customer service from their overseas call center. I would caution anyone in using this post or any older model vehicle in the Turo organization because if there is an issue... there is little to no accountability. It'll be our first last last experience with this organization anchored with great disappointment. We will be contacting our credit card company with the diary of texting communication and photos to try and cover some of the additional costs this 'adventure' has cost us. Justin... truly.... this could have had at least some consideration from you... but we understand how the policies of Turo could afford you no accountability. Please take this vehicle off the road and the other older model vans you have available.
