I booked a car by the same guy over 4 weeks before coming to canmore. 2-3h before the scheduled pickup it got cancelled and he asked me if i wanted this car instead. I thought i would rather get some money back, but i had to pay 100 CAD more for 1 day less. The guy had the audacity to still ask for a 5 star review. The car itself worked well, but he did not seem sorry for cancelling the first car at all.
