Pick up location and host are good. Car was little disappointing for me, little old, too many mileage and average per liter was too low. I got car last moment and host was ready to make few changes, but car is old for me.
Thank you for your feedback. We went entirely out of our way for your last-minute booking, even picking up your phone calls and texts outside the platform to guide you through the process. We strictly follow Turo’s policies, so we could not authorize an unapproved delivery location or custom mileage discounts. The vehicle was returned with less fuel than required, but it is a meticulously maintained car with over 300 successful trips. We always prioritize platform safety and rules for our fleet.
