My experience with Turo has always been great, but this one has truly been the best. The service, follow-up, attention to detail, and availability were exceptional. The vehicle met all of our expectations — it was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making it perfect for our family to enjoy our time in Canada.

We rented this Kia Sedona during our Thanksgiving trip to New York, and the car was in excellent condition. I felt very safe driving it, even in snowy conditions! Umar was very nice and accommodating, and pickup and drop-off were seamless. Too bad I can’t give 10 stars—I'm truly impressed, especially since it was my first time using Turo. I’ll definitely be using Turo again!
