Great clean car.
Left car clean and returned timely

Car overheated so I returned it only to have the host call me a liar and say the van was fine so I can’t get a refund

The car was not clean from exterior to interior as we expected it. We got checked in by the host before we arrived. The policy is to check the vehicle when arrive to see if we satisfy with the vehicle after that we could check in. There also something wrong with the ac. It wasn't give cold air enough and the ac keep turned off a long time before it started back on.
