Host was great but the car needed maintenance. It was showing maintenance die soon plus, the passenger side middle row sit didn’t slide for 3rd row people to get in/out, the front passenger window didn’t slide up/down and it had some broken parts hanging by the inside of it he slide doors. The host said not to worry about those but it was not as convenient given those issues.

Comfortable, smooth-driving vehicle and a friendly, honest host who pointed out the existing windshield chips and side damage before the trip. There was some confusion about the pickup location, and the rented car seats weren't installed. One car seat was also quite old where the seat belt was difficult to use. Overall, a good experience with a few areas for improvement.

Everything was great! Ping was helpful and responsive and the car was super clean and worked very well. Nice to have the hybrid. Trip to Lake Louise and back on cost $45 in gas. One thing regarding the car - the back windows are smaller on the inside than they look on the outside. That said, the people in the back said that they could see ok. thank you, Ping!
