Our trip was great. The vehicle was exactly what we needed for # of seats and space! We’ll definitely rent again from ONeil.

The car was good for our large group. There was a slight crack in the windshield and the check engine light was on (due to a sensor issue), but the host informed me of these things prior to pick up and informed me that he was on track to take care of it.
The only thing was that the communication was not as often but the host would still get back to me when he could. For example, we had an issue with the parking but it was later resolved. Overall, good car! Great trip! Thanks to the host.

Car worked great for our group of six. Plenty of room for luggage and skis
It was -15 to -20 before your trip. So that’s too cold to wash a vehicle in Alberta. Also the check engine light as you mentioned came on during your trip so there was no way for me to prevent that. And you mentioned the vehicle ran great so the light coming on didn’t affect anything.
