Great experience from start to finish. The car was clean, well maintained, and came with a full tank. Ma was very transparent during pickup and pointed out existing scratches and windshield chips so everything was documented properly.
What stood out most was the flexibility and communication. Our flight into Calgary was delayed by over 3 hours, and he was patient, responsive, and accommodating throughout. He also let us extend the drop-off from 3 PM to 5 PM at no extra cost, which made things much easier for us.
Highly recommend Ma, the vehicle, and the overall experience.
