Great experience from start to finish. The car was clean, well maintained, and came with a full tank. Ma was very transparent during pickup and pointed out existing scratches and windshield chips so everything was documented properly.
What stood out most was the flexibility and communication. Our flight into Calgary was delayed by over 3 hours, and he was patient, responsive, and accommodating throughout. He also let us extend the drop-off from 3 PM to 5 PM at no extra cost, which made things much easier for us.
Highly recommend Ma, the vehicle, and the overall experience.

Honda odyssey was clean, comfortable to drive. Pick up and drop off was very convenient. Host was amazing, able to accommodate and quick to respond. Will definitely rent from this host when visiting Calgary.

Car was great, host is very responsive. Great for getting around Banff and Canmore! Would rent again if you need a ride that carries more than 4 people
