Car was good overall and drove well. Just had a few minor issues at the start with the tire pressure, missing tire cap, and some creaking on the right side. Other than that, no issues!

Was Turo half the price of a regular rental from a enterprise? Yes
Will I ever do this again? NO
Pickup was a big hassle. Instruction on the app state host will contact 24 hrs. there were no instructions from host, also the key was left on the tire of the parked car. This would’ve been fine if the instructions stated this in anyway. For about 45 mins i tried calling the host or turo. eventually decided to look for the keys and Thanks to God we were able to find it, but there was no response from host till the next day. Pls pay more and book with a reputable rental car company if you have family and kids with you.
The car was as described and no issues with the car itself.

Hi Zaid, I’m sorry about your experience. The instructions were 100% sent to you before your trip. I just double checked. We don’t even manually send instructions, everything sends automatically and the messages did deliver to your WhatsApp number as you agreed on the day before.
Everything is OK except both front wheel is vibrating when braking on downhill at high speed
