We had the vehicle for a week and it was functioning well. The only thing about this vehicle is the engine light would turn on, and would shake occasionally when reversing the car. However it was great for our big family, luggage, and for long trips

The vehicle was scary. Shaking the whole time
We’re sorry to hear you felt uncomfortable during the trip. Safety is extremely important to us. After your trip, the van was immediately inspected at the Dodge dealership and professionally repaired to manufacturer standards. Prior to this trip, the vehicle completed many trips without any complaints. The tire was impacted against a curb by this guest, which contributed to the issue reported, and it has since been fully addressed and fixed professionally.

Pick up was a breeze, and on short notice. The van was perfect for our family, clean and well taken care of. When we had a check engine light come on due to the cold, our hosts were able to confirm the status remotely. Absolutely would recommend!
