The car was good over all had an issue with the windshield cracking randomly still unsure if it was rock chip or pressure crack hopefully we can work together well as they said they sympathize with the situation.

The host didn’t fold the seats as asked. They didn’t answer my call but staged me even at 3 am with reminders to drop of the van. The van was clean inside but rusty and lots of dents.

Our trip reminders are sent via an automated Turo messaging system, which unfortunately triggered at an awkward hour for your schedule. While this 2013 van does have some exterior cosmetic wear from its time on the road, we always prioritize keeping the interior meticulously clean and the vehicle mechanically sound.
