Great customer service. At the end of the trip we noticed a engine light and got alarmed but the owner informed its just a minor technical issue. Otherwise, the rental was great for our short trip.

The indoor driver side handle was broken, so I had to lower the window and open it from the outside handle. The passenger middle row seat also would not fold down. I had to manually unlatch the mechanism from under the seat as shown in YouTube tutorials. There was also a ton of filth, like old socks and greasy forgotten earphones in the middle row underseat compartment.
The windshield was full of rock impacts and dirty. There was also a suspension noise coming from the front when hitting bumps or steering, something like a coil spring. Very disapointed the number of issues

Car broke down on the side of the highway, suggested fix did not work. Host was very nice and paid us back for the things he suggested us to get.
