This was our first time using Turo for our family vacation to Banff.
Pickup was easy, the car was clean and full of gas. We really loved the hybrid as we used a little more than half the gas of our family who rented the same car but non hybrid. Overall we had a great experience and any questions we had, Von was easily reachable and helpful.

My experience with this Turo rental was outstanding from start to finish. The vehicle was spotless, completely smoke free, and came with a full tank of gas. It was incredibly comfortable to drive, and since it's a hybrid, the fuel consumption was impressively low, which helped us save on gas throughout our trip.
The host was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. He took the time to walk us through the vehicle, explaining everything we needed to know before we hit the road. He was also very responsive and answered all of our questions quickly, making the entire rental process stress free.
Both pickup and drop-off were smooth, convenient, and completely hassle free. Overall, this was one of the best rental experiences we've had.
I highly recommend both this host and the vehicle to anyone visiting Calgary, especially if you're traveling with family or a group and need a comfortable, fuel efficient 7-seater. I would definitely rent from this host again!

Vons commiunication was great. Offered to pick us up from the airport and punctual. Overall as a host he was great. Quite helpful guy. Very prompt in responding too.
Unfortunately We had an issue it’s the van which we picked up. It broke down on the road. At the end of the day it wasn’t his fault
