The entire thing was a great experience. The owner was always available for questions/concerns and he was willing to meet earlier than we had expected for the return of the vehicle. I could not have asked for a better, first experience using Turro.

The car is in excellent shape , clean , with new tires! I highly recommend it. The owner, Muhamed, is very friendly and professional. Since my home is quite far from his, he offered to pick up and drop off to my location for a reasonable fee.

The car is in excellent mechanical condition and it was very comfortable for our trip. The host Muhammad was very responsive and helpful. It's easy to see why he is a top rated host. I would definitely book a rental with him again.

Pickup and dropoff were very efficient, car was very clean and drove perfectly.
The only comment I have is that if you're arriving late, notify them asap because the dropoff is in short term parking and the fees add up quickly! That being said, we were grateful that the pickup location was in short-term because it gave us a very short walk!
