The car was in excellent condition. The host was great. He met me at the pickup location, went over the car in detail and was just super friendly. Highly recommend renting, great experience!

Qun is an amazing host. We picked up and dropped off at the Calgary airport using the minivan to ski in Banff. Our flight was delayed by a few hours, Qun made arrangements to ensure we were picked up in the garage next to the airport. It snowed heavily during our stay, the van handled exceptionally well. The rooftop box was perfect for skis and Qun had booster seats ready to go for our kids. This couldn’t have been a better or easier trip. I would give this 10 stars if I could.

The van we rented was super clean and in great shape! Customer service was excellent and renting the cooler option made our trip!
