Huge shoutout to Ilia for being such an awesome host! Honestly, the whole experience was completely seamless from start to finish. The van was in absolutely perfect condition; super clean, well-maintained, and drove like a dream. Ilia was also incredibly nice and lightning-fast with communication whenever I reached out. It makes such a difference renting from someone who actually cares about their cars and their guests. 10/10 would absolutely book with him again!

Car was as described and drove great. Was comfortable, and clean for our trip! Spacious for 7 people and 2 full sized luggage and two hand carry sizes in the back. Carplay / android auto worked great and convenient. Host was great with communications and quick to answer questions as this was our first Turo experience. Very accommodating with our pick up and drop off locations.

Minor problem with the fob and the alarm went off, host did come out and looked at vehicle, reset the battery I think. No issues for the rest of trip!
