Louis was very responsive and helpful throughout my trip when I messaged him via the app. The van is very new, clean, and runs great. It’s also very fuel efficient and I was getting 7.0L/100km. Pickup and drop-off was also very smooth. All in all it was a great experience - thank you Louis!
