The car was super comfortable, spacious, tidy and gave good mileage. No issues at all with the car. Wish the communication was little more prompt.

We had a great experience with Lu. When I requested three bottles of drinking water, they provided us with a whole case instead. The vehicle was nearly new and clean, both inside and out. Lu arrived on time at the airport, as agreed. The seating for six is very comfortable, and since it’s a hybrid vehicle, it offers both power and fuel efficiency. The sound system is excellent, and it features its own navigation system along with keyless entry. I would highly recommend them!
