Clean car, easy pick up for someone who is not local or familiar with the area. Full tank of gas, and reasonably priced compared to similar vehicles.

The good: Car quality was great. Pickup location was good. The bad: Car seats were listed in the description, but then host charged $30 outside of the app to include them. I dropped off the car on a Thursday and host did a walk around inspection with no issues, then Friday afternoon the host took photos of some scratches and tried to claim that they happened during my trip. After I pointed out the time discrepancy for this, the host did not respond and the claim was closed.
